Electronic Blood pressure monitors are they reliable. The type you can buy in Boot’s.?
My own experience of using one. Only thing is how can I find out if mine is reliable?

I’ve got one and it is accurate. After I got it, I took it to my doctors office and she used it after she had taken my blood pressure at the office. The bad thing is that you have to be so careful to get the cuff on just right. I tried the type that go on your wrist, but again, if they are not on quite right, you get an incorrect reading.
