Can you do a good upper body workout in 10 mins?
I’d like to work out twice a day, but only have ten mins to do it, each time. There seem to be loads of muscle groups to concentrate on. Is it possible to cover them all in ten minutes? It looks doubtful. I’m trying to find a way to do it with only a couple of small free-weights, as I don’t have a fitness ball or equipment. What do you think? Thanks for your advice.
Working out for 20 mins (10 mins each time) is enough time to give yourself a good upper body workout, especially using free-weights.
Obviously it depends on the weight of the free-weights you’re using, if they’re too light then you won’t really achieve much but using decent weights will definitely help.
