To which body we inform the inefficiency of a surgeon who is still running a hospital despite patients death?
When the sick or injured go to see a doctor, they are doing so under the assumption that their needs will be seen to by competent and experienced professionals. For the most part, those assumptions are correct. But still, especially in rural areas, hospitals are there which cannot render quality medical care, who do not have the proper equipment and the skill to do modern surgeries (laparascopy) but still admit patients and carry out surgeries and the patients die. Which is the government authority in India to whom such matters can be taken to and notified of and take appropriate action?
