Is a Medical Repair Technician the same as someone who cleans and sanitizes Medical equipment?Are they 2 different jobs?

I think your answer lies in the question and sound completely different to me.
Repair – maintenance and repairing of equipment.
Clean and sanitise would likely be sterilising the equipment.
