Probably because there is already a proper channel in which to deliver aid.
And probably because if it is not safe for 9,000 Jewish inhabitants who were forced to leave Gaza in 2005 to make room for the Palestinians in the first place, then it wouldn’t be safe for these few Jewish people, and nor is it safe for Gilad Shalit, one Jewish person, who nobody has heard from not even Red Cross authorities or his parents in years.
